Piggy Backing.....

I am piggy backing off of Aubrey over at The Fam Five, who is piggy backing off of Ronnica over at Tale of a Kansas Girl, and playing a game where you post 10 of your fave things, put they all have to start with a certain letter....... drum roll please....... my letter is D !!!!!


1) Doughnuts .... as in Krispy Kreme doughnuts.... OMG they are like crack ..... especially those hot ones you get when you go inside.... I went on a business trip in Louisiana and we went to a KK and they DID NOT give us a free hot piece of heaven, I was like 7 mo preggo and I was MAD!!!!

2) Driving .... I have a huge, non environmentally nor economically friendly Suburban, but I love it.... we need all the seats too..... hubby and me up front... Baby O and Miss. S in the 2nd row captains chairs and then Mr. S in the back.... when my mom and Miss. M tag along we are full up.... what is bigger than a Suburban?....

3) Daily writing on my blog..... I am trying to do better about writing everyday, and I hate it when I miss one day.... I need to start doing some crafty things for Christmas....

4) Daisies .... we had gerber daisies in all shades of pink for our wedding and it was so pretty, light and spring like.....

5) Doors ... I love that I have one on my house and my bathroom.... with a lock.... there is something being said for going to the bathroom ALONE.... there maybe kids on the other side banging and trying to get in, but with my handy dandy door they can't........ HA HA HA HA!!!...

6) Diamonds .... they don't have to be big, but there is something special about a pretty piece of diamond jewelry..... my engagement ring that my husband got me looks very antique like and it has champagne diamonds in it .... very nice.....

7) Ding Dongs ... not the snack cake, the people .... everyone out there has that friend who is a ding dong.... lovable, probably smart in other areas, but just a little dingy, lovable, funny who makes you laugh and is a great friend, but doesn't always get the jokes or likes to say things without thinking.... we all need a dingy friend, heck, I am probably someones dingy friend....

8) Dryers ... as in blow dryers and drying machines .... we all need these and use them on a daily basis, and we can appreciate them, because we all know the tailspin it would put our lives in if they did not work...... I would have a huge afro and the 17 loads of laundry I do a day would go undone and then we would be the stinky people with bad hair.....

9) Dollar Tree ... the store... I have found some great things there... good stocking stuffers.... candy to take to the movies (what?!?! don't tell me you don't sneak in food to the movies) .... craft stuff and now that it is Christmas time, they have great wrapping paper, gift bags, tags, bows, tape... I could go on all day....but I won't.....

10) Devotion ... there is no better feeling than know that you have friend to call on no matter what ... or that your husband loves more today than on your wedding day ... or to look at your children and know that you would do anything in the world to protect them ....
