Oh I tell you what, Jennie, the self-control part of not eating is SO hard for me. Especially when my husband loves to bake! Not good.
Right now for me, I just think...ok if I want to get pregnant again, I need to lose 10,20 pounds, so I don't balloon up like I did with Moose. It makes it more real and attainable.
I also try to snack on healthier things like apples and rice cakes.
