the dream of losing weight!!!

Now hear me out...I want to lose this baby weight for alot of reasons.
1. To be a healthy mom who can play with her kids and be around to see my great grandchildren, and I don;t want to feel like my weight is keeping me from participating in my own life.
2. To put on pants and NOT feel like I have the unattractive "MUFFIN TOP" that spills over your jeans.
3. To be able to wear corduroy pants and not feel like my thighs rubbing together will start a fire.
4. I want to be able to learn how to jog. DON'T LAUGH, I mean I know how to jog, but really jog, no heaving and stopping every 15 seconds, I want to be able to really jog for like 30 to 45 minutes or participate in a marathon.
5. My goal is not to weigh what I did in high school, I want to be healthy and be a good example for my kids.
So, I am going to use this blog as my open conscience, support system, open forum to rant my displeasure over my love of food and my lack of eating it, etc. Wish me luck!!!
