Christmas Awesome....

Every year in the next town over the 1ST Assembly Church has "A Walk Thru Bethlehem"... they transform the land around the church into Bethlehem, a bustling city to which Jesus was just born. Roman soldiers parole the streets, there are merchants (in full costumes) trying to sell their goods, and your guide introduces you to the people of the town and they tell you of the things they have over heard about what has just happened. Its a really great ministry tool and its pretty fun too... the soldiers ride around on horses, you have to pay a "shekel" to get into the city. 

Before all of this, when you get to the church, they usher you into the sanctuary and give you a group number, but while you wait they show veggie tale movies and fun ministry tools on the big screen... this year was no different and they showed this video that used the tune of Queens "Bohemian Rhapsody" and made it the tale of the birth of Jesus... it completely rocked my face off... please please please watch ......
