This is not earth shattering stuff here BUT this has saved me many, many headaches....in my laundry room hanging on a nail is a plain grocery bag ( I really do need to whip up something a little more Martha ).... in this bag is all the socks that have lost their mate .... As I fold laundry when I happen upon a single sock they go in the bag... then so on and so on eventually mates find each other.... when after a few months go by and no mate is found poor little single socks gets used for cleaning.... I LOVE to slip one over my hand and dust or clean the outside of toilet because when I am done I can just toss it....
